PINSPIRED CARDS, PART 2 | VIDEO TUTORIAL

Do you remember the watercolor backgrounds that I made a few weeks ago? I have shared a video too, if you missed it, kindly watch it HERE. And look how I turned those beautiful backgrounds into beautiful cards here. Do you wanna know how I made it, then watch the video below! :)

CARD MAKING DETAILS

I used various products to create my cards.. Let's start..

On this card I simply doodled the girl and colored her in Copics and Sizzix Markers. And the sentiment was also hand written and the speech bubble was hand drawn. :)

On this card, I die-cut the leaf out of Sizzix Natural Leaves Thinlit Dies using Sizzix SideKick Machine. The cardstock is also by Sizzix.

The sentiment stamp on this one is by Craftangles called I love you.

The sentiment stamp is also by Craftangles called Love Story.

I hope you like the cards and I hope you would give this a try. If you like my videos please hit that like button and share it with your friends and also don't forget to subscribe to my channel. Thanks and Happy Paper Crafting. :)

Hello my dear friends! I hope you are safe and sound. Welcome to another CASology Challenge, this week's cue word is 'Magical'. Wow! the word itself sounds so magical! :D We literally need a magic to happen during this pandemic. Let's hope our days will be filled with full of sparkle again. :)

The sponsor for this week is Uniko.

I used a kraft card stock for a change, colored the lovely fairy image from Craftangles with Faber-castell Bi Color Pencils. Have I done a good job at coloring? Let me know in the comments. ;)

I have another card with the same design but some how I wasn't satisfied the way it turned out so I ended up making another one with kraft card stock. The ink I used on this card was Versafine Sepia Ink. I hope you like the cards.

Thank you so much for stopping by and also don't forget to play along with CASology Magical Challenge. Happy Paper Crafting. Stay Safe! :)

MOST FEMININE BIRTHDAY CARDS

Hello everyone! Welcome back. Today I have a trio of most feminie birthday cards in the line. These cards are really easy to make because these flowers are the elements from Craftangles watercolor floral pack. You can fussy cut them and adhere over the card front. Easy, right?

CARD MAKING DETAILS

I started my card making process by fussy cutting the watercolor florals from Craftangles Watercolor Floral collection. Fussy cutting is very therapeutic, don't you agree?

I gave a simple water color wash with Black Berry Liquid Water Colors by Craftangles. I diluted the color to get that grey shade.

I also added splatters of black ink.

I also added that grey water color to the white spaces to match the background of the card.

That's it, I finished the cards with the sentiments from Craftangles called Fairies and Little Princess with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.

a few more shots for you

I hope you liked the cards. Thank you so much for visitng. See you soon and Happy Paper Crafting.

CASOLOGY WEEK 361 | SWEET HEART | GENERATION STAMPING

Hello everyone and welcome back to another challenge at CASology where the cue word is 'Sweet Heart'. You can interpret the cue word the way you want to. I hope you guys would join the fun ;)

CARD MAKING DETAILS

So these are the products I'm going to use on my card today. That cutie stamp set is from HNMD CrafTangles called 'I Love You'. I will be using that solid stamp and the sentiment today.

Have you ever tried Generation Stamping?

Here I applied the same technique today. For this technique you don't have to use a lot of products, just an ink pad and a stamp is enough.

A solid stamp will do wonders. Just ink up your stamp really very well and stamp once, twice, thrice and go on. Do not ink it in intervals. You will achieve a beautiful ombre colored images from dark to light.

I've done three rows, for each row I stamped until the ink disappers in the stamp. And also I've overlapped the images. I used Picked Raspberry Distress Ink. Look at the beautiful rows of ombre hearts!! Lovely, isn't it?

I stamped the sentiment from the same set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.

I also added stars for some extra shine. I'm so obsessed with the stars these days! :P

And that's all for today. I hope you like it. Thank you so much for visiting me today and I'll see you next time. :)

FUNKY BOUQUET | SIZZIX

Hello hello my dear sweet friends! I have lots of projects to share with you all, I thought of sharing one after since Monday but you know, chores and other responsibilities kept me away from blogging but not from crafting. I always spend sometime for crafting even though I have a busy schedule because that keeps me happy, refreshed and motivated. :)

So this card is for Sizzix and I've used the most beautiful thinlit dies called Funky Festive designed by Tim Holtz. Below are the products (from Sizzix) I used for my card.

CARD DETAILS

I started by die-cutting a few thinlits from Funky Festive out of white card stock through the Sizzix Sidekick Machine. Then I colored the dies with Sizzix Markers. Over the main card base, I masked one of the edges with washi tape and blended in with Broken China Distress Ink and then added splatters of water and removed the excess with a tissue paper.

Then I adhered all the die-cuts over the main card base and embellished with a few clear sequins. For more dreamy background, I added spaltters of black paint and finished the card with a sentiment from Craftangles. I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by, see you soon :)

SUMMER TAGS | SIZZIX LIFESTYLE

Hello! Mr.Sun is hitting us with his love like anything! I really want to escape to some hill station. :) Just for a change I made some cute and fun tags for Sizzix Lifestyle. These tags are from their new collection called Tags #3. I love all the stitched details going on the tag. I also had a fun time coloring those cute crabs from Craftangles with Sizzix Permanent Pens. ;)

PRODUCTS USED FROM SIZZIX.CO.UK

HOW I MADE THESE TAGS
  • I started by die-cutting one of the largest tags from Tags#3 out of heavy weight card stock with Big Shot Plus Machine.
  • I did wet the bottom portion of the tags with water and slowly applied Mermaid Lagoon distress stain Spray with a paint brush.
  • I let the tags dry completely and added second and third layers of colors for the Ombre look.
  • I stamped the crabs from Craftangles with alcohol friendly ink and colored them with Sizzix Permanent Pens.
  • Fussy cut the images with a pair of scissors and foam mounted on top of the tags.
  • Before adhering the images I stamped the sentiments with Archival Jet Black Ink.
  • Finally I threaded some white twine through the holes of the tag.
A FEW MORE SHOTS FOR YOU
