Stamp of Approval Candy Cane Lane Release Day!

Welcome to the release day of Stamp of Approval Cane Cane Lane Collection
. Hurry and place your order!!! :)

And to know more details please visit catherinepooler.com (owner of the SOA)

Hello everyone! These are the cards I made with Candy Cane Lane Collection. You can check my previous cards made with this collection HERE.

Recently I moved to a new house and I have set up my crafting and filming area. The lighting wasn't that good but I will try to find a better solution for that very soon :)

So this is pretty simple card and nothing fancy at all. I inked up the Peppermint Stick Background stamp with Broken China Distress Ink and spritzed a little amount of water and placed the card stock on top of it. Next I die cut the dies from Merry Label dies, stamped and die cut the holly leaves and berries from Candy Cane Lane stamp set with Aquamarine Archival ink and Neon pink ink. And adhered everything together.

Here is the video for you, Enjoy! :)

And now here is the second one, kind of layered! I inked up the Peppermint Stick Background stamp with Black Soot Distress Ink and stamped it on a white card base. Next I pulled out the Candy Canes and hearts from Candy Cane Lane Set and stamped randomly with Mama Elephant Bubble Gum and Butter cup inks.

Finally die cut the Merry from Merry Label Dies and stamped the sentiment from Merry and Boughs set and adhered everything together.

And that's the cards for today. I hope you like them! The Stamp of Approval Candy Cane Lane Collection is full of Joy and Happiness. You will never regret buying it. :) Go ahead and place your order now! Thanks for stopping by. Take care and I will see you soon :)

This box is full of stamping goodness and they sell out really quickly. So be sure to subscribe to the Wait List so you will be emailed when the collection goes on sale on September 22nd.

Please head on over to Catherine Pooler’s website (the founder of Stamp of Approval) to sign up on the Waiting List, this is the best way to make sure you get YOUR Stamp of Approval box. Wait List members will be notified first through email when the box goes up for sale one hour before the collection is released to the general public! So make sure you sign up for the Waiting List so that you don’t miss out on your Stamp of Approval box!

So now let's move on the cards! I made three cards for this Blog Hop and I will make more with this Candy Cane Lane Collection! Cute Stuff!! Just a note, my cards are incomplete without splatters, Glitter and Sequins. And I'm sorry that I  won't be mentioning this in the every card description! I thought of keeping the description short and simple. The glitter, sequins and splatters will be the common thing! So let's get started!

This card features Merry and Bright Boughs Stamp set. I simply ink blended the background with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink and spritzed some water for that whimsical look. Then stamped the beautiful images Holly Leaves, Ornaments and Berries with Archival Jet Black ink, Versafine Sepia ink and Carnation Red ink respectively.

Next I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Archival Jet Black Ink and that finishes the first card!

The next card features Hip Holiday and Candy Cane Lane Stamp Sets. I water colored the striped background with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. Then I stamped the images on another paper in Versafine Sepia and Carnation Red Ink and die cut them with co-coordinating dies!

Once all my die cut pieces are ready, I arranged and adhered them. Finally Stamped the sentiment from the Candy Cane Lane Collection with Archival Jet Black Ink.

Here comes the final one! And this card features Candy Cane Lane, Merry and Bright Boughs and Hip Holiday Stamp Sets. I took a water color paper and ink blended the background with Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink. Then stamped the branch/leaf thing with Versafine Sepia ink and Bird with Carnation Red Ink.

Next I fussy cut the leaves and die cut the bird with the coordinating die and adhered them on to the card panel. I added perfect pearls for that pearly look. Finally stamped the sentiment from Candy cane Lane with Archival Jet Black Ink. I adhered a silver glittery washi tape on the edge of the card base and foam mounted the water colored panel on top of it. :)

And that pretty much finishes the cards for today. I hope you like them and I hope you got inspired. Thank you so much for stopping by. Take care!

You Have My Heart

Hello! I'm quickly popping in today to share this funny card with you all made for CAS-ology WEEK 215: BARK and Little Tangles Challenge#72-Sketch.

This card was simple to make. This is a one layer card, I have masked off the background and water-colored the stripes with pink water color paint. Next I added platters of black paint with my paint brush. Next stamped the image from Neat and Tangled on to a regular white card stock with Archival Jet Black Ink and sponged the image with Spun Sugar and Vintage Photo Distress Inks with a Sponge dauber. Finally stamped the sentiment on a strip of white card stock and added a few Crystal Sequins from Lucy's Little Things!

And that's it! I hope you like it! Thanks for visiting! Take care :)

Mudra Challenge #1 | Anything Goes

Hello everyone! Did you know that Mudra Craft Stamps has started a brand new challenge? Yes! It's Challenge #1 - Anything Goes with stamping. I made this card using the brand new stamp called Gerberas Blooms stamp set which is a layered one! It has got the beautiful flowers and leaves! This is the first time I'm stamping the layers. So much fun but it took me a while to decide the colors of the inks. Once I found the right colors I didn't stop stamping at all!

I used Hero Arts Ombre Ink pad for the first and second layer and Versafine Sepia ink for the third layer. Next I splattered gold paint on to the card base. The sentiment is actually an alphabet stamp called Brushed Alpha, stamped in Archival Jet Black Ink, fussy cut it and adhered it along with the golden string. Added a gold strip of washi tape, black strip of card stock on the sides of the card and a few sequins to finish my card off.

I hope you like my card. Thanks for visiting! Bye!

Sizzix | DIY | Room Decor

Do you want to know how I made this? Then please head over to Sizzix.co.uk blog, I have shared a step by step tutorial too.

The Sizzix products I used are

I love all the seasons! Every season has it's own significance! What I love about Fall Season is it's warm colors, hot coffee, comfy blankets, beautiful color of the leaves and slightly chilly weather. The place where I live is already cloudy and wet. And I think this decor project is perfect for this season! I love plants but I don't have place to plant them. So I came up with this idea, no fuss, no stress, nothing! No need to water them either ;) But this decor adds so so much to your room/table.
