Motion Stamping!

Heya dear friends! I made this card for Paper Smooches Sparks May 24-30 Designer Drafts Challenge. I used a stamping technique called 'Motion Stamping'.. :)

This is a top fold landscape card. To make this card, I took Neenah Solar White Cardstock and flicked the background with black watercolor paint. I then took an-other piece of cardstock and drew a slanted line and stamped the penguin first and without re-inking the stamp, I stamped a little off set again and again! Finally stamped the 'hello' sentiment and that's it my card was done!

Hope you like it. Take care and I'll see you next time.. ;)

Messy Watercoloring.

Hi friends! I'm back again and I hope you are all doing well! If you want to enter my giveaway kindly click here and also please check my latest post for Color Conceptions blog - Inspirations for Papericious Wooden Collection..

Well.. I made this card for Runway Inspired Challenge ric#84 - Custo Barcelona. I was very much inspired by the colors..

For this card, I took a standard sized cardstock, stamped the background with Paper Smooches banner stamp with Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade and Danube blue Memento Ink and then spritz some water and let the water flow and kept it aside to dry. I then took a piece of scratch paper and hand drew the flower and did some messy water coloring.

Messy Watercoloring - just go crazy with your colors and don't color the image evenly or completely and keep on adding different colors for an unexpected stunning look  (my version) ;)

Then fussy cut everything out and adhered on to the main card base with foam tape along with some golden string. Added a few sequins and that's it my card was done.. ;)

Hope you like it. Thanks so much for stopping by, take care and I'll see you next time.. :)

First I smooshed (one of my fav techniques) the background with black ink and Spiced Marmalade and Peacock Feathers distress inks. I then took a cloud stamp from Avery Elle's What's Up collection and created the tree top by using masking technique. And I hand drew the tree trunk with a black water-color brush pen. Froggy is in love!!

(I'm inspired by the wooden texture, pink flowers and green color and green leaves)

To make this card, I took a wood grain pattern paper from 'Papericious Wooden Collection', hand drew the fence with pencil and fussy cut it and kept it aside. Then took a piece of scratch paper and water smooshed it with 'Peeled Paint Distress Ink'. Then I kept it aside to dry. I then took another scratch paper and smooshed again with 'Peeled Paint Distress Ink'. I then kept it aside to dry.

While these papers were drying, I stamped the frog from 'Paper Smooches Little Lovin' stampset in 'Archival Jet Black Ink' and colored him with 'Fabercastell Connector Pens'. And stamped the hearts from the same stamp set and colored few with pink pen and few with green just to resemble as flowers and leaves. I then assembled all together and adhered to a standard sized top folding card. :)

Hope you like this card. Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me a comment. Take care and I'll see you soon.. :)

Dreams Come True!

Hello dear friends! Welcome back to my sweet place! Well.. today I'm here with a fun card made for

I took a water color paper and smooshed the background with Picked Raspberry, Peacock Feathers and Mustard Seed distress inks. They give a beautiful blend when the water is added and also give us an unexpected color.. like I haven't used any green or orange ink here but you can see the green and orange colors!

Then I took a piece of vellum and hand drew that mason jar with Embossing Pen and heat set it with Gold Embossing Powder. Then placed the jar on the top corner and the traced the outlines of the jar with a pencil and stamped a bunch of butterflies in Archival Jet Black Ink inside the pencil line, just to give you an illusion that the jar was filled with butterflies!

Then I adhered the jar with Tombow glue and stamped the butterflies in Archival Jet Black Ink in different directions as if they were coming out from the jar! Finally stamped the sentiment from Prima on some vellum with Versamark Ink and heat set it again with the same Gold Embossing Powder. And finally added a few sequins from Avery Elle and Lawn Fawn.To the main card base I created a border with Krylon Leafing Pen and adhered this panel to the main card base.. :)

Hope you like this card. Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me a comment. Take care and I'll see you soon.. :)

Love Carrots.. ;)

Hello dear friends.. I'm back with a fun card made for Paper Smooches Spark April 26- May 2 Designer Drafts challenge and Simon Says Anything Goes Challenge. Since I've got only one stamp called 'A little lovin' from Paper Smooches, I always experiment and try to make something different and fun with these stamps.. ;)

To make this card I first took a piece of water color paper and distressed and water colored it with 'Vintage Photo distress ink'. Then  I took another panel which is slightly smaller than the main card base and distressed it again with 'Broken China Distress Ink'. Then Stamped the bunny on to some piece of scratch paper in 'Archival Jet Black Ink' and colored him in 'Grey Faber castell pen'. I then also stamped a few carrots and colored them 'Faber Castell pens'. I made a tiny slit on the water color paper and stuck the bunny and carrots.. Finally hand drew those clouds and adhered on to the panel and also stamped the sentiment in a fun way!

I just flipped the sketch.. :)

So that is it. Hope you like it. Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me a comment. See you soon.. ;)
