CHRISTMAS CARD - 1

 

Yes! it is my very first Christmas Card for 2021 and I'm so happy because finally I was able to make a card after half an year! I've been planning on something exciting and I will reveal the details very soon. How have you been, guys?

These are the images from Craftangles Christmas Element pack and I've used some pattern papers form Simple Stories, I guess..

FRUITY BIRTHDAY CARD

 

Hello everyone! Welcome back. The fruity birthday card you're seeing here was made using 'Summer Fruits' thinlit dies by Sizzix. The dies were die-cut with the help of Sizzix SideKick Machine. And the sentiment was gold embossed. Thanks for visiting. :)

'DEER' THANKS CARD

 

Hello everyone! How are you all? I hope you are staying safe!

Today, I have a very cute watercolor card for you. Let's start..

CARD MAKING DETAILS

• I started by loose watercoloring the smaller panel with Craftangles Liquid Water Colors
• Once it's dry, I added splatters of the same colors and a hint of black
• On the other hand I stamped the deer from Amuse Studio in Archival Jet Black Ink and watercolored it
• Once the deer image is dry, I fussy cut and foam mounted on the watercolor panel
• Then I took a baby pink card stock by Sizzix, folded in half which comes to an A2 sized card
• Over the main card base, I adhered the watercolor panel 
• I embellished the card with some shiny stars and glitter to the deer
• Finally stamped the sentiment from Catherine Pooler Designs in Archival Jet Black Ink

Today I wanted to share a kind of Mixed Media Card with you all. The products I used will be listed here down below..

CARD MAKING DETAILS

I started by applying Papericious Gesso on a pattern paper (Countryside by Craftangles) and placed the stencil (Damask Delight) and applied Silver Glimmer Paste through it. Once it's dry, I applied Ripe Plums water color over the stenciled part with the help of a paint brush. I also added splatters of black and gold inks.

On the other hand, I die-cut the butterfly by Sizzix, I used watercolor paper for diecutting and the diecutting part was done with the help of Sizzix Sidekick machine. I watercolored the butterfly with the same Ripe Plums ink and applied Gold Glitter to it.

I stamped 'thanks' on a scrap paper with Versafine Ink and heat embossed with Gold embossing powder. Now it's time to assemble everything! The pattern paper with Gesso and Stenciled part was adhered on 4 1/2 x 5 inch card. I foam mounted the butterfly on the card front, beneath that a gold thread was adhered. Then foam mounted the sentiment as well.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another challenge at CASology where the cue word is 'hello'. This is such an easy word to interpret!! Don't throw your scraps away, you can make many beautiful cards, tags and anything with them. I made these cards, one standard sized and the other two 3x3 note cards, using scraps. And the cute dogs and the speech bubble with 'hello' was hand drawn and hand written. Do you have the habit of saving your scraps, do let me know in the comment section. CASOLOGY #381 - MEMORIES

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another challenge at CASology where the cue word is 'memories'. I know we've all got so many memories right from the childhood till today and these memories are forever. We can't forget any of those. Those memories are our treasure! So I'm here with a simple and beautiful card for this challenge, I hope you like it:)

CARD MAKING DETAILS

• I started by stamping the images from Fern and Leaves Stamp Set by Mudra with Carved Pumpkin, Festive Berries, Picked Raspberry and Dusty Concord Distress Inks.
• The technique I used on this card was Layered Stamping or Overlap Stamping Technique, you can watch one of my videos for more inspiration and education.
• Next I added splatters of brown ink to bring the design together.
• I did give a little highlights on the leaves with Sakura White Pen.
• Finally stamped the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, the stamp set is by Cherrylana Designs called Alphabet.

HAPPY NEW YEAR | TAG WITH LOVE

 

Happy New Year my dear crafty friends. I hope this 2021 will bring health, joy and peace in our lives. Don't forget to stay home, stay safe and stay crafty :)

I started by die-cutting the images from Garden Florals by Sizzix through Sizzix SideKick Machine and water colored them and kept aside to dry. Next I die-cut a Tag by Timholtz and distressed the background with Vintage Photo and Broken China Distress Inks and added splatters with Vintage Photo Ink.

Then added a light wash of Gesso, placed a stencil and applied texture paste through it. Once everything is dry, I went ahead and stamped the sentiment from Celebration Phrases by Sizzix. Adhered everything together and finished the tag with a simple bow. :)
