Video - Easy Card Making for Beginners.

Hey everybody! Finally I'm back with a simple watercolor card made for Beginners. Yes! Are you new to card making? You don't have too many supplies to create cards? Don't worry! This Card video will guide you how to create a simple card with a very limited supplies.

I water-colored the panel, it's a hand made paper, with deep orange, yellow and light yellow. Then I hand drew an imaginary flower/plant - watercolored it with yellow color and then applied gold shimmer water color paint. Then adhered it with glue and finished the card off with a hand written sentiment.

I made a card processing video for you. You can watch it here or in HD on my YouTube Channel. If you like this video give it a BIG thumbs up and share it with your crafty friends and also don't forget to subscribe to my channel if you want to see more videos like this.

Paris Dusk Butterfly

Hello dear friends! I'm back again with a one layer card made for CASology WEEK 157 where the theme is 'wings'. I have a step by step tutorial for you on how I made this card. Go ahead if you are interested.. ;)

I placed the card stock in a box with a butterfly, a diecut, at an angle. The butterfly diecut behaves like a mask here! I then took Paris Dusk Memento Fire Work Shimmer Spray and sprayed or spritzed on to the butterfly. Oh! I love all the shimmer!! When the mask is removed you can see the beautiful result. Finally I stamped the 'dream' sentiment from Lawn Fawn with Archival Jet Black Ink. Just to highlight the letters d r since they were mixed up with the blue color, I used a silver gel pen.. :)

I hope you like this card. Thank you so much for visiting.
Take care!

I stamped the sentiment on another piece of cardstock and finally stuck the silver string behind the sentiment panel.

Here is the closer look of all the shine and sparkle..

A Floral Card for Altenew Video Challenge #1

Hello everyone! I'm super excited to share this floral card with you all made for Altenew Video Challenge #1 because this is my very first stampset from Altenew and this is the first time I'm entering into a video challenge! The camera couldn't capture the beautiful shine on the flowers!

For my card I used Neenah Solar White Cardstock as the base and the pattern paper is from Studio Calico Print Shop Collection. I attached the pp panel at an angle and flicked some Brushed Pewter Distress Stain Spray!

I then took another piece of cardstock and stamped, masked and stamped the flowers! I'm loving this Floral Motifs Stampset a lot! Then water colored the flowers with a Blue Marker and Brushed Pewter Distress Stain Spray.

I then fussy cut the flowers and before adhering to the card base I placed some silver thread. Then adhered the floral panel with tombow glue. Then stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with Zing White Embossing Powder.

I have a processing video too. You can watch it here or you can watch in HD at Youtube

Thank you so much Altenew for providing this wonderful opportunity. I had a blast making this video. Thank you so much for stopping by, take care and I'll see you next time.. :)

Creating a Beachy Scene card with Masking and Distress Water-coloring + Video

Sometimes you make things wrong! and that is what exactly I felt after making this card. Hope you remember the beachy scene card I made with the flip-flops a few days ago, I was not quite really happy with the result because the masking went wrong, it was too plain and straight without any indentations. And the color of sand was also too dark. So I went ahead and recreated another card using the same card design but I changed the stamped image and the color of the sand!

This is a one layer card and I absolutely love making them. This is not a watercolor paper, it is just a regular white cardstock. I masked an area with post it notes and stamped the sand castle with Archival jet black ink!

Then water-colored the sand with Frayed Burlap and Antique Linen Distress inks using a regular paint brush and Koi water water brush.

Finally stamped the sentiment from Kaisercraft using the same Archival Jet Black Ink.

I have a video too on this card, pls turn on the HD and enjoy watching the video.

I hope you like my card and video too. Thanks for stopping by!
