do these water colors look the same after drying ?? many times after drying out the paints look very dull !on what paper you use them ? pl.let me know

Hello.. These watercolors remain same, no fading or dulling, stay bright because they are highly pigmented. I use Canson Montval and Timholtz water color papers for my projects. Sometimes a heavy weight card stock does the job too. Thank you :)
