Addicted to Stamps and More #60

Hello all! Welcome to yet another lovely challenge at ATSM and the challenge is to make a card using this lovely inspiration picture below..

I really loved the color combo of grey and red, here is my card for you!

I have water colored the glossy paper with grey and then distressed the edges with black ink. Stamped the flower (Kaisercraft) in red Memento ink, to achieve that bright red color I've used a technique called 'over stamping' (please find the tutorial here). Then added glossy accents and finally stamped the sentiment (Kaisercraft- enchanted garden) with black ink.

Big Coffee Cup!

Hey! This coffee loves 'big cup' (oh my God! ;) ) and the big cup loves coffee.. So they are just perfect and made for each other.. Aren't they??

Well.. when I first started making cards I had few stamps in my stash and I used to draw my own images. But once I got a few stamps I forgot read neglected my drawing skills.. So I thought it's the good time to start it again.. Need more practice..

Okay! The cup is hand drawn and the pun sentiment (google search) really cracked me up, is a hand written one. Colored them with distress inks and added glossy accents and glitter.. 

So please guys! leave your comments and suggestions..

Kid's Project!

Yep! I'm here with a Kid's project today. The pocket idea, I got inspired by pinterest. :)

Let me explain you how I did this..

I've taken a cardboard and then colored it with water colors.. Doodled here and there.. That pocket was made from an envelope.. Did some coloring and doodling too.. Finally embellished with few stickers, brads, ribbon, button.. Those pencils are my watercolor pencils!!

Well.. I'm selling this off.. If you are interested please mail me (pls find on the side bar) ... :)

A Customized Order III

Hello friends! I made this project on an order. :)
And I've done lots of distressing!!!
I used Vintage photo, Sugar spun and Broken china distress inks..

Water Coloring with Distress Inks

Ya.. ya.. I know I'm not the only person who got this crazy idea but yes I've to admit that I got this idea while I was playing with my Distress Inks.. I've used vintage photo DI for coloring.. I have a small tip for you.. Bright or darker colored distress inks gives good results.. :)

Smackin' Acetate!

Helooo! I'm here with a few more cards again. There's a fantastic technique called 'Smackin' Acetate', which I usually do, at Technique Time Tuesday. Here is the beautiful tutorial by Mynette and if you wanna watch my video please click here.. :)

To make this card I used Pink and Red markers..

I used Broken China distress ink for the BG..

I used vintage photo DI for this card!

Distress Stamping!

As you all know that I love stamping a lot and I would love to know and learn and try many different  stamping techniques. So I will always be searching and browsing for some new tricks and techniques online. Recently I came across this technique called Distress Stamping at IBS, WHW #113 by Kendra.  As soon as I saw the tutorial I just felt like should try this technique for once. :)

Well.. I distress stamped the background with a large sized bubble wrap using Sugar Spun Distress Ink.. Love that soft and soothing pink. Then made a tag and distress stamped again using Memento inks. Stamps and brads are from Kaisercraft..

I'm also entering this card for Lawnscaping Challenges #64..

Monochromatic!!

Alright! A simple Monochromatic card for Simon Says Stamp and for CAS on Sunday #15 'Floral Fantasy'. I'm missing my mojo these days because of the hectic work. But I don't wanna miss it... so I decided to make a card daily and post it on my blog.. :)

That florish was a lovely RAK from Poornima and the sunflower diecut was a lovely RAK from Hussena..

I stamped the sentiment with Prima stamps and added glossy accents to the flower for a little bit of interest..

Well.. Stay tuned for the Create Something video.. Something interesting is on the way.. ;) :D

Hey! A very simple card to share. The floral stampset is from My mind's eye.. Love it.. :)

Stamped the flowers with three different shades of orange, green and blue inks respectively. Sentiment is from Kaisercraft. Finally added glossy accents.. Entering this card for CASual Fridays CFC112.

'Expressions' 'For the love of crafting'

I'll click a better pic next time.. Promise....

Anyway! A new challenge went live, actually on 9th of August, at 'For the love of crafting' where the theme is to make a CARD with 'expressions'. I chose my expression 'Sorry'. You can also choose Thank you, Miss you, Love you, Need you and etc..

Well..I seldom use PP on my projects. But this time I've used them. Hope you like this card!

DIY - Make Your Own Color Stains..

Hey! I'm back with something cool again. Yes! When I was in high school I used to make my own color stain using sketch pens. I used my niece's paracetamol syrup bottle to store the inks.. Please watch the video for more details. :)
