Paper Mosaic Technique and a Good News.. :)

First let me share the Good News. I'm the DT of For the Love of Crafting.. :D
Thank you so much Kavitha for giving me this wonderful oppurtunity.. :) I'm so happy..:D

Next, I made a card for IBS challenge blog, To be honest I didn't like the colors at first sight but after so much of thinking and sketching and applying techniques I realized one thing! all colors are beautiful and wonderful in this world.. :)

To make this card I've used some Paper Mosaic Technique.

Everything is hand drawn and handcut..

Foam Stamps Tutorial

Hey all!!

Today I wanna share a small tutorial on how to make your own foam stamps. Got inspired by many videos on youtube. Here is my version.. :)

These are the few foam diecuts or whatever I found in my stash. I didn't like the color and I'm not going to use these anyway but don't want to throw away. So I thought why not turn these into a stamps?? :)

To make these stamps all you need is bottle caps, foam adhesive and foam things..

And that's it.. :)

Final result. Sorry about the poor stamping.

Hey ya!

I'm back again. This time I made this card for BGC and CAS-ual Fridays CFC#90.

BGC has got a really fun challenge. I thoroughly enjoyed making this card! I love to doodle and If you wanna see my first doodle card kindly click here.. :)

And for the colors I took CAS-ual fridays theme, where the challenge is to make a CAS project using black and white + any one color.. :)

This is one of my favorite doodles ever..

Distressed the edges with momento ink.

It's like some jigsaw puzzle cos I've clubbed all the tiny squares and 

I took nearly 20 mins to arrange them.. :D

Rolled Crepe Flowers!

Hello everybody!

How are you all ??? Hope you are all doing good.. :)

I made a card for IBSIC #46 and ABNH challenges.
Inspired by the colors of IBS, lovely colors.. :)

Here is my card!

The background of the card is a translucent golden cloth, that I've recycled from an old wedding invitation.

I rolled those crepe papers and colored them with chalk colors.. :) I had so much fun in making these flowers and it's very similar to quilling but I haven't used any quilling tool to make these..

Stay tuned guys for my first quilled project, I'll post it in a day or two.. :D Ahh..so excited!

Do you agree these roses are lovely ??   :D

Anyway! Added a bit of lace beneath the main floral part just to give some interest..

Hi all!!

Would like to share few things with you..
Well.. On Feb 9th we celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary. I'm at my mom's place now. My hubby came on 9th, a few minutes after his arrival I received a package from my dear friend Pooja@Reusing with quilling. Really surprised to see the things in the package. Here is the wonderful card from her. What a timing Pooja! Thank  you so much.. :)

Beautiful rt? After seeing her quilled things I got a strong desire to do some quilling so I went to a local shop and bought a quilling tool and few strips.. :) Thanks dear.

Splash of colors

I made two cards for Lulupu and the challenge is to make anything with 5 different colors and use punches creatively.. First of all let me show you the punches that I've used to make my projects.. :)

Here is my card!!

I made that BG using a bubble wrap..

Made the scalloped border using the heart punch

Big yellow flower using butterfly punch

Tiny flowers using tiny butterfly punch

Ticket edge using a hole punch

and the Butterfly using leaf punch.. :)

Fancy Fold Card

Hello!!

I'm back again with a fancy fold card and I can say this is a kind of 'waterfall card'. Got inspired by pinterest.  These days I'm going crazy with the shabby chic thing and blings. I'm more clean and simple but now I'm trying to come out of my comfort zone. I'm trying my hand at many styles and techniques.. Let's see how it goes..:)

This time I made two cards in 'Shabby Chic Style'. To be frank I don't know how to incorporate the shabby style on my cards and projects. But some how I made them.
