Neon Stars!!

Hey all! Here is my neat neon card!! :D


The stars are punched out, I used neon papers for that. I've sprinkled neon water colors to the BG and I've added loads of glossy accents to the stars.. :)

    Sunglasses alert! Cool card and love the effect of the glossy accent on the neon colored stars as well as the splatter of inks!
