A Cake 'Box'

Hello everybody!!

This is Deepti Stephens and I'm working for a famous 'bakery shop' (:P) in India.
Here is the freshly baked cake for a newly wedded couple.. :D

Supplies

Pink, red, hot pink cs - itsybitsy
Blings - CCCstore
Small blings - Local buy
Template - My own. Everything is hand drawn and hand cut and I took the measurements very roughly

Recycled Items

Paper used for hearts - it's from an old invitation
Ribbon - It's from an old hairband, actually the color was white but I colored it with a hot pink color pen to match my cake.. :)

  7. Deepti you beat me to it..I was playing around with a similar stacked boxes into cake idea !! Love the flap style hinged box mechanism. It is adorable!!

  8. Amazing idea Deepti!! I love this!! The fact that you made everything on your own and recycled so many things is really incredible. I really like these kind of stuff..Do you mind if I use this idea for one of my projects :)

  21. Yes, I have seen so many 3 tier paper cakes before but no, never a one that can hold some stuff :) Love how you recycled and turned the cake into little storage spaces!
