8 Handbags!

Yes! I created a card using 8 handbags. They may be of different sizes and shapes but once you look at card you'll say 'there are 8 handbags'.. :)

I did some paper piecing using the 'doodle bug' patterned papers. I stamped the handbag (scrappy cat) on a striped pp and on other pp in different angels to attain different patterns. :)

Scrap Paper Fun!

A bloggy friend of mine and a co design team mate (ATSM), Nonni is running Christmas Challenges. She is an awesome card maker and I adore her work a lot. I made this card for her Christmas Card Challenge #2 where the challenge is to make card with scrap paper or using old stash.. 

Few scrap papers were lying on my desk and they were all from white cardstock..

I colored them with purple and blue color inks and the color inspiration was drawn from KIS #27. KIS is celebrating her 1st birthday. Happy Birthday.. :)

Then adhered them on a white panel. I got this idea from Kristina Werner's video.. I love her cards a lot.. :)

Finally used Lawn Fawn alpha stickers. Please don't ask me why I used black for a merry card.. ;) ;)

Addicted to Stamps and More #73

Hey everyone! Welcome to our very brand new challenge 'Addicted to Holidays' at ATSM. Instead of 'Addicted to colors, we are having this cool theme for you.. Here is what I've created with the sponsor image. We have an awesome sponsor, Deedee's digis. The winner will receive three digi sets.. How cool!!

I colored the image with water colors then created a snow bank. I distressed the card base with broken china distress ink, you can see the blue shade behind the snow bank. I made small slits on the snow bank and then I stuck the diecuts. Just created a snowy and wintery scene.. :D

Hey! Welcome to another super challenge at ATSM. This is 'anything goes' week.. So guys make or create anything you like, link up your projects and grab a wonderful chance to win some really sweet digis. Yes Sami Stamps are sponsoring a $12 gift voucher to their store.. Their stamps are really awesome and I love them so much.. So don't miss the chance.. :)

I inked up the white cardstock in some purple, green and magenta colors and then applied glitter glue all over the panel. Made a small square window, adhered the punched out foam dots (Pielane) and finally stamped the sentiment in Versafine black ink..

Hi friends! I made this card for one of my sweet friends... :)

I did some masking in the back ground. The pot and those flowers were stamped on a white cardstock, colored them.. I adhered them using foam tape.. Then stamped the sentiment.. 

Really a simple and sweet card..

Howdy?? I made this card for CASology #69, brown and Simon Says Stamp, clean and simple.

This is a one layer card, I drew that cowboy (inspired by one of those google images) and colored it with fabercastell color pens. Thanks Pia for making me to check all those handsome cowboy pics.. :P Sentiment was also hand written..

Hello everyone! Welcome to yet another stunning challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. This is a 'Photo inspiration' week. We have a gorgeous pic for you!

Wow!! Glittery.. I just love this pic.. 

Well.. I punched out stars from Pielane glitter foam sheet and just made that wreath. Sentiment was hand written. Added spats of glossy accents here and there just to give a snowy look.. :)

Embossed Rose!

Hey everyone! I'm back with another simple card made for CASual Fridays CFC119, Lawnscaping #69 and Addicted to CAS #25. 

  

I fuzzy cut that embossed rose and sponged red, pink, dark green and light green and a little bit of blue colors. Sentiment was stamped using versafine black ink.. Finally added some stickles.

A Scrapbook Page for Catchy Challenges..

Hello friends! We, the Catchy Girls, are back with a bang.. :D

This month's theme at Catchy Challenges is to make a 'scrapbook page or layout' for any girl/woman/lady in your life. e.g., for your Sister, Mother, Sister-in-law, Mother-in-law, Niece and etc. Any occasion goes for this challenge like Birthday, Wedding, Graduation and etc.. but it must be girlie :)

Well.. I made a birthday page for my niece. These pics were taken on her 1st birthday and now she is 

13 months old. :)
