MERRY CHRISTMAS | SIZZIX LIFESTYLE |VIDEO

I love watching this kind of scenes but I usually don't find these in the place where I live. Whenever I watch these scenes on videos I feel so fascinated!! :)

CARD MAKING DETAILS

I started by die-cutting the Open Road thinlits and one of the trees from the Woodland thinlits out of several colored card stocks and assembled them. The Green and Teal colored card stocks are from A Muse Studio.

Next I placed Geo Trio Stencil from Catherine Pooler Designs and applied Ranger Texture Paste through it. I'm very new to this Texture Paste and it's a bit messy! ;)

Next I adhered the tree over the card and adhered both the pieces onto the panel with foam tape and glue.

I combined two sentiments from For Everything and Merry and Bright Boughs stamp set from Catherine Pooler Designs and stamped it with Archival Jet Black Ink.

I like this one, so cute and fun with happy and bright colors!

I have also made a video for you. I hope you like it. Thank you so much for watching. See you soon! :)

CHRISTMAS SCENE WITH PATTERN PAPERS | SIZZIX LIFESTYLE

I never made this type of card before and I must say I did experiment with colors and papers. Yep! I used only pattern papers to create the scene. I don't remember the name of those gorgeous pattern papers, they were in my box for almost five years now and finally I got them to use it. I somehow liked this card, not my usual style though, it's a bit grungy and vintagy. :)

The card design was inspired by one of my previous Christmas cards made for Sizzix Lifestyle. You can WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

Products from Sizzix Lifestyle
I got the idea of adhering the Treetop Glisten die from Anna Drai, a fellow blogger for Sizzix Lifestyle. She is amazing and you must definitely go and check her blog and YouTube Channel.

Card Making Details

I started by running the pattern paper through the Big Shot Express machine along with one of the dies from Mixed Media #3. And adhered the green pattern paper behind the die-cut panel. I also die-cut the trees and distressed the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Next I adhered the Treetop Glisten thinlit die over the trees, die-cut out of gold glitter card stock. And I think this die brings the fullness to the Oh, Christmas tree bigz die

Next I applied the Texture Paste from Ranger as snow. I liked the result so much :) And adhered all the elements with Tacky Glue. Finally I added splashes of Picket Fence Distress Paint and embellished my card with sequins from Mudra.

And that is the card for today. Thank you so much for visiting and I hope you liked it! See you soon :)

HELLO LOVE | HERO ARTS

I have only two colors in my Copic Collection i.e., R24 (Prawn Red) and R29 (Lipstick Red). I am planning to add more, I'm saving some amount for my Copics. May be in a few months I will buy atleast two shades in each color family :)

CARD DETAILS

I took the banner stamp from Hero Arts - Baby Animals stamp set and stamped onto the smaller panel with Catherine Pooler's Midnight Ink. I copic colored the banners with R29 first and then blended the ink with R24. I just love the coloring result!! Lord! Please send me some Copic Markers!! :)

Onto some white card stock I stamped the Bunny and colored his top with the same Copic Markers, fussy cut him leaving a little white border around.

Before adhering the bunny, I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with CP Midnight Ink.

I wrapped white twine around the smallest panel and tied a simple bow.

I adhered the bunny onto the smallest panel and embellished with a few clear sequins. I foam mounted this panel over the smaller panel.

I applied lots of shimmer to his shirt with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen. Wow! So sparkly!!

Finally adhered the smaller panel over the main card base with some glue.

And that is the card for today and I hope you like it. I'm entering this card for A Blog Named Hero Challenge: Copy a Designer. I was inspired by Emily Midgett's cute card, you can check her card HERE.

Thank you so much for visiting. See you soon :)

3D CHRISTMAS SCENE | SIZZIX LIFESTYLE | VIDEO

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful Monday! :P Today I'm going to show how to create a 3D Christmas Scene with Sizzix Lifestyle's dies. I used the gorgeous Woodland thinlit dies and the cute Little Deer Bigz die from Sizzix Lifestyle. I have also a video to share with you, in the video I'll be showing you '3D Christmas Scene and the Dimensional Color Layering'.

CARD PROJECT DETAILS

I started by Ink Smooshing the background with Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Ink onto a heavy white card stock. You can use any water based inks or markers for this technique.

Next I die-cut the trees out of Iris Card Stock and the deer out of heavy white card stock with the help of Big Shot Express machine.

I tried to achieve some Dimensional Color Layering onto the deer. I used Frayed Burlap, Vintage photo and Black Soot distress ink for this technique.

First, I went the whole deer with Frayed Burlap, then to the edges and a little inside went with Vintage Photo and onto the edges of the deer with Black Soot Distress Inks

I really like the looks of the deer! So pretty and dimensional!! If possible I will come up with a video on showing only the Dimensional Color Layering. :)

I took a scrap piece of card stock, drew a hill with pencil, cut it and adhered it onto the card front. I also adhered the trees and deer with Tacky glue. To mimic the snow I added splatters of Picket Fence Distress Paint.

I made another card before making the actual one and that one was without snow! Which one you like? the one with the snow or without? I have also made a video for you, I hope you like it, enjoy it and would give it a try! Thank you so much for visiting. Take care and I will see you soon :)

SIMPLE CHRISTMAS POP UP CARD | SIZZIX LIFESTYLE | VIDEO

Hello everyone! Today I have a very Simple Christmas Pop Up Card to share with you all. I was inspired by Amanda from Little Crafty Pill for the pop up thing. She took measurements but I didn't as I don't like taking measurements and all. I just want to live that way! Thank you Amanda for all the helpful tips and tricks you share in your videos :)

The Tree Line was the previous release and the Village Christmas Time Die is from the latest collection by Tim Holtz for Sizzix Lifestyle.

Card Project Details

I'm loving working on Kraft Card Stock lately so I took a standard sized card base and another panel smaller than the main card base. Then I ran all the thinlit dies through the Big Shot Express machine and die-cut the pieces out of Black card stock.

I double stacked the Village Christmas Time die. Next I adhered the Tree Line die onto the smaller panel with the help of Tacky Glue. I added splashes of Picket Fence Paint to mimic the snow. And I let the panel dry completely.

Next I made the pop up thing, you can watch it in the video below. I adhered the Santa and Reindeer's die to the pop up element with the help of glue. Finally stamped the sentiments both inside and out with CP's Midnight Ink.

I hope you like it and would give this a try. I have also a video for you. Thank you so much for visiting. Just Watch and Enjoy! :)
