Video : Christmas Cards #2

This little monkey from Avery Elle just cracked me up! Yay! for his purple polka dress. Look! how he is carrying the gifts to his 'cool friend'. The gifts and the sentiment is from 'Lawn Fawn'

I masked off the background and created a snow bank. Water - Colored the monkey with Frayed Burlap distress ink and Tsukineko Chalk inks. Watercoloring with chalk inks gives beautiful results! If you haven't tried yet, go, give it a try!

I've also made a card processing video. You can watch it here or you can go to my YouTube channel and watch there. If you haven't subscribed to my channel yet, kindly do, so that you won't miss any of the fun going on my channel.

I hope you like the card and video too. Thank you so much for stopping by, see you soon! ;)

Video : Christmas Cards #1

Hi dear friends! Today I'm here with a Christmas Card made for Runway Inspired Challenge ric#95 - Marchesa Notte  and Virginia's View Challenge#20 .

Runway - I was very much inspired by the blue and reddish pink colors.
Virginia's View -  Please find the texture in the background, the paper I used has already got some texture - I did heat embossing too.. :)

I think, watercolor paper is best for ink blending and I really like the background of my card. I've also shared a card processing video on my YouTube channel. Please watch the video below or go to my channel.

I hope you like it! Thanks for visiting, take care and I'll see you next time :)

Crazy Stamped Background!

Hi everyone! Do you like my crazy stamped background? Yeah! You know, I went stamping like crazy. I was very much inspired by May Park's design and I'm submitting this card for CAS - muses and CASology WEEK 171: VEHICLE.

(LAWN FAWN - TOBOGGAN TOGETHER, DISTRESS INKS - FRAYED BURLAP, BROKEN CHINA AND PEELED PAINT, AND ALSO TSUKINEKO CHALK ELECTRIC GREEN INK, COTTAGE IVY, ARCHIVAL INKS - JET BLACK AND MANGANESE BLUE )

This is such a crazy design, just used whatever stamps and colors are lying on my craft table. And yes! this is a one layer card.. and I hope you like it :)

Take care and I'll see you soon...
